Your Feedback Matters
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. All feedback can be sent to rcy@rcybc.ca. We welcome suggestions about how we can improve in three key areas:
Accessibility
As our office continues to fulfill our commitments outlined in our Accessibility Plan, a requirement under the BC Accessiblility Act, we want to hear about any accessibility barriers you may have encountered when interacting with our office. Please include your contact information, the type of barrier you experienced and when and where it happened.
Our Website
We know that our website contains a lot of information and links to other resources. We want our site to offer the best experience for all of our users. If you notice something that you think needs to be improved, please let us know. We are also always open to amplifying content from other organizations. If you have videos, research or other information you think would add to our site, please reach out rcy@rcybc.ca.
Our Advocacy Services
Our Advocacy staff are working closely with young people and their circles of support. If you have received our support and have ideas on how we can do better please let us know when you received our service and what you thought of how we did. If you see areas that we can improve, please share specific examples of how we can do better.
What to Expect After Submitting Feedback
After we receive your feedback we will send an acknowledgement of your feedback and gather any additional information we may need including your consent to share your feedback with others in our office who are responsible for making any changes you are suggesting. All feedback we receive will be carefully considered and we will let you know how your voice contributed to making our work stronger.
Privacy Notice
Providing feedback is voluntary. Information provided by you will be used to help us continuously improve.
Your responses will be de-identified and summarized for our team. Identifiable data will be deleted once the data has been summarized. Should you have any questions about the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, including to withdraw your consent, please contact rcy@rcybc.ca.
