B.C.’s Office of the Representative for Children and Youth (RCY) supports young people and families in navigating the provincial child- and youth-serving system. It focuses on reducing child welfare system involvement in Indigenous children’s lives, provides oversight, makes improvement recommendations, and reports to the B.C. Legislative Assembly.
