Dr. Charlesworth has worked in B.C.’s social and health care sectors since 1977, holding key roles in government, non-profits, and academia. She contributed to major reforms in child welfare, Indigenous services, and social policy, and later led initiatives in leadership development, cultural safety, and social innovation.
