Canadian Council of Child and Youth Advocates Reflect on 30 Years of Children’s Rights in Canada

DECEMBER 13, 2021

To mark the 30^th anniversary of the ratification of the UNCRC, the Canadian Council of Child and Youth Advocates calls upon the Canadian government to repeal section 43 of the Criminal Code, which legally permits corporal punishment of children.
